Yellow ruffled bag
This is a bag with 4 rows of beautiful ruffles, in a bright and happy color.
I also like to pay a lot of attention to the inside pockets, there is a main zippered pocket plus a mobile phone pocket in here.

Started from a very nice piece of Amy Butler fabric, I’ve quited this messenger bag body and added a zipper closure. The length of the shoulder strap is adjustable.
This is made with a pattern by Roselin Quinlan, once published in Homespun magazine. I made one with mixed green tone fabric, and one in red+ yellow+black Mary Engelbreit fabrics.
This is a very simple reversible small messenger bag, perfect to show case all the nice fabrics.
The first one I’ve made is in ligh blue tone with flower prints.
Then I made one more in bright red + black + white color scheme.
A bag to use up leftover scraps from the first quilt I’ve ever made, plus to test out my very first needleturn applique, and to practice embroidery.
